Data we process

Depending on your enquiry, we may process your name and contact details, passenger information, pickup and drop-off locations and times, itinerary, luggage, selected vehicle and communications needed to organise the service. Information entered in the booking module is processed using Goodjourney.

Purposes and legal bases

Preparing a quotation, recording and fulfilling a booking: pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract.
Customer communication and service follow-up: performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
Meeting accounting, tax and regulatory requirements: legal obligation.
Preventing misuse and securing the service: legitimate interests.

Recipients and service providers

Data may be accessed by authorised France Cab & Services personnel and, where necessary, by its chauffeurs and technical providers, including Goodjourney for booking and ChatGPT Sites for hosting. Personal data is not sold.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are retained for no more than three years after the last contact. Service-related data is retained for the time needed to fulfil the booking and then archived for applicable legal periods, including ten years for accounting records.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to certain processing and exercise your right to data portability where applicable. Contact contact@france-cab.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies and audience measurement

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, pages viewed and clicks to the telephone number, WhatsApp, email address or booking module. Google Analytics is loaded only after acceptance. No advertising tracker is enabled. You may refuse or withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Goodjourney and the hosting service may also use technical elements that are strictly necessary for the operation and security of the service.
